At our gym, we specialize in small group training, there's never more than 6 people per class, so you get focused coaching in a supportive environment.

 

Each session targets a specific muscle group to prevent overtraining and reduce the risk of injury.

 

With an emphasis on proper form, mobility, and technique, every workout is designed to build strength that lasts.

Prefer a more personal approach? Our one-on-one training sessions are fully customized to your goals, fitness level, and needs. It’s just you and your coach in the studio, so you get 100% of our attention, every time.

AussieFIT Class Split

Monday: Lower Body / Legs

Tuesday: Upper Body / Pull Day

Wednesday: Lower Body / Glutes

Thursday: Upper Body / Push Day

Friday: Lower Body / Legs

Saturday: Total Body

$110 : 60 minutes

$60 : 30 minutes

$20 weekly : Personalized programming and online training

All classes have a maximum attendance of 6 per class

*All memberships have an 8 hour cancellation window. You will be charged monthly on the date that you started your membership. Unused classes will roll over into the next month. There are NO contracts for our memberships, but we do require 30 days notice to cancel your membership
